Subject collections have been set-up and a semi-automated workflow for assigning articles to collections is now in place. In a nutshell...
Prior to acceptance the exec or associate editor will decide *if* an article belongs in a collection (note that articles can be added to multiple collections if desired).
For EJP journals, the editor should specify the collection within EJP, and that code will be included in the eXtyles meta XML and added to the Word file at the time of import. In other words, it's automated. For xpresstrack journals, a note needs to be added to the transmittal sheet, and the CE needs to enter it in the eXtyles doc info dialog.
This ID will carry through eGalley and XML processing and the article will be added to the collection when released online. When viewing an article in a collection, there will be a link to the collection in the right column:
There are also links to each individual collection and the collections index page on the home page. These need to be added manually.
